Do Kleantab products have a high disinfectant power?
Yes! Kleantab cleaners have a high disinfecting power: they eliminate 99.9%* of germs that can be found on surfaces in your home or office. They eliminate germs such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.

What are the fragrances of Kleantab products?
- Cleaners in TAB: Multipurpose (Aloe Vera) and Floors (Lavender).
- Laundry Detergent: Multicolor (Fresh and natural scent) and Hypoallergenic (Fragrance-free).
- Dishwasher detergent: (Fragrance-free).
How long can I keep Kleantab tablets undissolved?
Kleantab tablets can be stored in their original packaging for several years. Store the tablets in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
What is the difference between multi-color detergent and hypoallergenic detergent?
Both laundry detergents share many similar characteristics: Germ and fungus elimination, stain removal, color revitalization, odor elimination, biodegradable and plastic-free.
However, the key difference is the fragrance and colorants : Multicolor detergent has a fresh and natural fragrance, whereas the hypoallergenic one does not contain fragrances or colorants, making it more suitable for people with sensitive skin or fragrance allergies.

Are the products vegan?
Yes! All products are vegan.
What surfactants do TABs contain?
We use biodegradable anionic surfactants. These substances help to easily dissolve grease and other dirt on surfaces.
Are Kleantab products safe for children and pets?
Of course! We don't use chemicals that are dangerous to the health of young children and pets.

How long does it take for an order to arrive at my address?
El plazo estimado de entrega es de 2 a 4 días hábiles.
How much does shipping cost?
Los costes de envío varían en función del peso total del pedido. El importe final del envío se calcula automáticamente antes de completar la compra. Los precios oscilan desde los 5,00€ hasta los 8,00€
Los pedidos a partir de 35,00€ disfrutan de envío gratuito.
¿Qué es el envío local?
En Ecoklean ofrecemos envíos locales a Vilanova i la Geltrú y zonas cercanas, facilitando una entrega más rápida y eficiente.
Este servicio está disponible para clientes ubicados en los alrededores de la ciudad como son: Garraf, Sitges, Canyelles, Sant Pere de Ribes, Olivella, Cubelles, Cunit, Calafell y Segur de Calafell.
Según el códigos postal que introduzcas durante el proceso de compra, el sistema te mostrará automáticamente la opción de entrega local.

Do you have any environmental initiatives/activities that do not directly stem from using the product?
Yes! In addition to our sustainable products, we raise bees to increase pollination in Sarchí de Alajuela, located in Costa Rica.
In addition, we actively participate in plantings in Costa Rica with our partner Planta Mi Árbol.
Are they a 100% plastic-free company?
We try to minimize plastic as much as possible. We are working on having the most sustainable options and reducing the use of single-use plastics.
Do the products have any warranty?
Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the product, we'll give you a 100% refund. You can return your order within the first 30 days.
